When will the T-Shirts be ready for pick up ?
Once your order is confirmed and payment completed, it is processed and ready for pick up based on the production time you choose.
For Instance- If you placed an order for your T-Shirt to be ready in one hour, then it will be ready to be picked up in an hour.
When will the custom t-shirt be delivered?
Once your order is confirmed and payment completed, it is processed and ready for pick up based on the production speed and delivery speed you chose.
For example - If you placed an order for your T-Shirt to be ready in one hour, and chose same day delivery then it will be delivered with in Bangalore by 9 PM and by next day 9 PM to metros( Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai).
How long do you keep my order after it’s completed?
Our storage space is limited. After 45 Days we donate your order to the homeless.
What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch directly to your address. If you are unavailable they will contact once again. If you are still unavailable it will be back in our store and you must contact our office and pick it up.
Will I be charged for the delivery?We provide free shipping for standard delivery. Please review the shipping/delivery prices section on the website for expedited/faster shipping.

Can I cancel an order?

We will not be able to cancel the order if the production/printing process has been started or completed.
We have different Shipping options with a self-pick from the store as well.
Production Speed Available:
One hour production - Adds ₹200 to the product. Next Production - Adds ₹100 to the product. CUSTOMISED APPAREL - FAST DELIVERY
₹300: Next Day Delivery (Delivered by 9 PM to your doorstep) if you live in Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. The order should be placed before Noon. If the order placed later, one additional day will be required. (most preferred)
₹300: Same Day Delivery ( Delivered by 9 PM to your doorstep) Only applicable if your delivery address is Bengaluru. Orders should be placed before 4 PM. (Monday - Saturday)

You have five (5) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.This policy does not apply to customised products ordered by you.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5 - 7 Business days or depending on your card issuer policies.
Cancellation Policy
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 1 hour from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on info@gubbacci.com or call us on +918073237234 In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
